Passenger carrying vehicle (PCV) driver’s licence

If you are going to drive a taxi, minibus, bus/coach, limousine, etc, and will be paid to do so, you need a passenger carrying vehicle (PCV) driver’s licence. You must have a PCV licence as well as a driving licence for the appropriate class of vehicle.

How to appeal if you are refused a PCV driver's licence

If your application is refused, you can appeal. You must submit your appeal no later than three weeks after you received the police's decision. You must send your appeal to the police district that processed your application.

If your appeal is rejected, the police district will send your case to the National Police Directorate for further consideration.
